Project Architect/Senior Technician (D&B) SW London c. £45-60k (package)
We have a brilliant vacancy for a Senior Technician with an ability to run the technical aspects of multiple D&B office fit outs. The projects are inevitably fast track and the right candidate will be willing to role his/her sleeves up to both draw up (AutoCAD) and run multiple jobs with project values from £50k to £1+ million. The company has a reasonably flat structure, so although the role is senior it would still be ‘hands on’ with plenty of client and site involvement.
